Born from the combination of our 3 grape varieties, this cuvée 2022 welcomes our Pinot gris between the Pinot noir and the Chardonnay for an extra touch of madness!
On the nose, notes of blood orange and rose petals go hand in hand with wild strawberries, which are found with great finesse.
On the palate, Névrosé 2022 will surprise you with its volume, complexity and the slight presence of tannins giving it structure and a touch of salivating bitterness on the finish. This complexity will be fully revealed as you gently warm your glass.
Névrosé 2022 is the perfect accompaniment to grilled octopus on a sweet potato and pomegranate seed velouté, or salmon trout tartare.
