The Château de Bousval vinyard presents its little Sicilian sister, La Sorellina. A sun-drenched olive oil that shares the same values as its big sister: quality, environmental respect and sustainability.
Our olive trees grow in Ragusa, a region renowned for its rich and fascinating nature. They coexist with the carob trees in a pure and healthy environment, symbolised by the local fetish animal, the hedgehog.
As part of our commitment to farming practices that respect nature and sustainability, our fields are currently undergoing organic and biodynamic certification.
Grown with passion and respect, our olives are cold pressed to preserve their elegant, balanced aromas. The result is an oil with an aromatic character and a subtle hint of spice.
