Sometimes Angel, sometimes Demon, our Pinot Noir expresses itself with both freshness and character.
With increasing intensity, the balance of this wine gradually reveals itself. L’Ange ou Démon offers aromas of fresh red berries, undergrowth and spices. On the palate, a delicate dance takes place between fresh fruit, crunchy fruit, spices and extremely fine tannins. The whole blossoms into a long, supple finish.

L’Ange ou Démon 2022 won a Gault&Millau Belgium 2024 Belgian Wine Award and a Coup de Coeur in the red wine category. It also received a 91/100 rating from wine critic James Suckling.
Pair with: veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, duck breast with red fruit or a risotto with pumpkin, chestnuts and rosemary!
