Description
The little sister of the Château de Bousval vineyard is Sicilian: La Sorellina. A sun-drenched extra virgin olive oil that shares the same values as the vineyard: quality, respect for the environment and sustainability.
Our olive trees flourish in Ragusa, in a pure, healthy environment symbolised by its favourite animal, the hedgehog. Our farm has been certified organic since October 2024.
Grown with passion and respect, our olives are cold-pressed to preserve their elegant, balanced flavours. This Monti Iblei Protected Origin Olive Oil (DOP label) has aromatic notes of character and subtle spiciness.

With its delicate fragrance and slight hint of spice, La Sorellina is capable of seducing the most demanding palates. A drizzle of oil enhances your dishes and adds character.
You can use La Sorellina to enhance a red tuna tartare, a minestrone or a grilled vegetable dish. Its fiery aromas add a touch of sparkle to your dishes. An olive oil you’ll also love to have on hand to dip into a slice of freshly baked bread.
