Before settling in the Walloon countryside, Candice spent 10 years touring the vineyards of France and the rest of the world, including the famous Château Margaux.
In September 2023, this food and wine enthusiast joined the team at the Château de Bousval vineyard. Her greatest challenge? Getting the word out about Belgian wines! While Belgium is renowned for its beer production, its wines also deserve to be recognised and appreciated.
