Summer storms
“Of all the scourges that strike the vine, the most terrible in terms of its effects is evidently hail. The vines are beautiful and full of promises, yet five minutes later, there is nothing left.” — French farmer’s almanac.
When the storms impose their rule, all the grapes can do is hold on tight! In times of peak veraison, we have to protect our vines from any potential hailstorms. We have equipped ourselves with an anti-hail cannon that works using sound waves. In order to respect our land, our surrounding environment and our neighbourhood, we are committed to only using it in the event of a real deluge.
