A ‘royal’ award!

Jancis Robinson, considered to be one of the world’s most influential wine critics, has just awarded two of our Chardonnays:

Tout Cru and Gouttes d’O.

A member of the Wine Committee of the Royal House of England, founder of JancisRobinson.com, renowned journalist and author of numerous books on wine, Jancis Robinson is also a fervent advocate of sustainable viticulture.

This recognition is a real honour for our estate.

Tout Cru : score 16,5+

“Rather riper and a little oakier than the Goutte d’O bottling. More ‘serious’ than the cheaper bottling and it will doubtless last longer but arguably one does not seek concentration in a Belgian Chardonnay. Long and vibrant. This would be a great wine to serve blind!”

Gouttes d’O : score 17

“Complete, fresh nose indicates some delicacy of fruit. Very pretty and well judged with some floral notes and a very appetising dry finish with a great texture.
Very long. A fine novelty.”
