Our pinot noir 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗲́𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, a confidential cuvée produced in very limited quantities, is now available.

Sometimes Angel, sometimes Demon, this wine expresses itself with both freshness and character. With increasing intensity, its balance gradually reveals itself. Ange ou Démon offers aromas of fresh red berries, undergrowth and spices. On the palate, a delicate dance takes place between fresh fruit, crunchy fruit, spices and extremely fine tannins. The whole blossoms into a long, supple finish.
