Pruning

At the end of winter, once the sap has descended in the resting vines, work begins once again, starting with pruning. The entire ecosystem comes to life; nature flourishes with the glorious colours of goldfinches, linnets, redpolls and reed buntings. Young deer rut nearby and the March buds are fertile!
