Description
Born from the combination of our three grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, Le Névrosé 2023 stands out from previous vintages with its pale pink colour.
On the nose, delicate notes of rose petals, raspberry and wild strawberry blend with finesse.
On the palate, Névrosé continues to surprise with its aromas brought out by the maceration of Pinot Gris.
Pairing: Le Névrosé 2023 is the perfect accompaniment to salmon trout tartare or an aubergine and feta tarte Tatin.
